Bryan graduated near the top of his class at Clearwater Christian College, with a 3.7 GPA, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in May, 2005, with a minor in Bible. He played varsity soccer for four years. Bryan then attended law school at the University of Arkansas College of Law in Fayetteville for one year, before transferring to Florida State University College Of Law, where he was in the top 8% and received his Juris Doctor degree in May, 2008. Bryan passed the Florida bar exam in September 2008.

Bryan and his wife Bethany had their first child on September 15, 2008. Bryan's family owns and operates Greenridge Stables in Palm City, Florida, where Bryan worked while in school.
