Erica J. Lester is an Associate of the Firm. She concentrates her practice in commercial and civil litigation. She has represented both individuals and businesses in a variety of matters including business, contact, real estate and insurance disputes.

A Florida native, Ms. Lester returned to Florida after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors (psychology and Spanish double major) and earning admission to Psi Chi (Psychology National Honor Society) from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Her undergraduate education included a semester of study abroad in Seville, Spain. She obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where she served as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Program, as a Research Assistant for a Taxation Professor, and as an intern with Federal Magistrate Joyce London Alexander at the United States Court for the District of Massachusetts, with the Appeals Division of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and with the business litigation practices of two mid-sized law firms in Boston, Tarlow, Breed, Hart, Murphy & Rodgers and Davis, Malm & D'Agostine. Ms. Lester was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004, and to the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida in 2005.

Ms. Lester is an active member of legal associations in the local community. Ms. Lester served as the Co-Chair of the Martin County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and the Co-Chair of the Martin County Bar Association Social Committee in 2007. Ms. Lester is also a member of the Martin County Bar Association Trial Lawyers Committee, and a member of the Treasure Coast Association for Women Lawyers. In her spare time, Ms. Lester plays on a team in the World Adult Kickball Association, Florida Gardens League.
