| Kelly L. Reagan |
Kelly L. Reagan is Board Certified in Business Litigation Law and a Shareholder of the Firm. He is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation, including partnership disputes, unfair competition law, lender liability actions, shareholder derivative disputes, Uniform Commercial Code disputes, insurance coverage, representing hospitals and health care organizations and commercial real estate disputes. He has successfully represented personal and corporate clients at both the trial and pretrial stages in a variety of actions. Mr. Reagan has also successfully litigated and tried various disputes on behalf of creditors in the Bankruptcy courts of Florida, California and Delaware. Mr. Reagan has been with the Firm since its inception. Previously he served as a Judicial Clerk to the Hon. Ann E. Vitunac, (former) Chief United States Magistrage Judge for the Southern District of Florida, from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Reagan was an associate with Gordon & Rees, LLP, in San Francisco and was also an associate with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Reagan is actively involved with the federal bar. He currently serves as an Officer of the Palm Beach County Federal Bar Association and serves as treasurer of the Palm Beach County Federal Bar Association. In addition, he is a member, appointed by Chief United States District Judge Moreno, of the Ad Hoc Committee Organizing the 2010 Bench & Bar Conference for United District Court, Southern District of Florida and was a member of the organizing committee for the inaugural 2008 Bench & Bar Conference. Prior to law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco, California, he attended the University of Michigan, School of Medicine from 1986 to 1989. Kelly is an instrument-rated private pilot.
